Chef Rafael Molina is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We're continually working to improve the experience for all visitors and to meet recognized accessibility standards.
Our standard
This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA (opens in a new tab) — the internationally recognized standard for accessible websites, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
What we've done
- Every page is built with clear headings, labelled page regions, and a "Skip to main content" link.
- Text and buttons are color-checked to meet WCAG contrast requirements.
- The site is built to be fully usable with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline showing where you are.
- Images include text descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Animations are kept short, can be paused where they repeat, and are turned off if your device is set to reduce motion.
- Our quote request form has clearly labelled fields and written error messages.
- Pages are tested with automated accessibility tools and checked manually with a keyboard.
Third-party content
Our Press page features videos from YouTube and posts from Instagram. These players are provided by those companies, and we can't control their accessibility. To keep the page accessible, they only load when you choose to play or view them, and each Instagram post can also be opened directly on Instagram.
Compatibility
This website is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) and with assistive technologies such as screen readers and screen magnifiers. It may not display or function as intended in older browsers.

Ongoing work
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We re-test this website regularly and whenever new content is added, and we welcome feedback that helps us improve.
